RECOGNIZING AND HONORING VONDA SPIVEY
ON THE OCCASION OF HER 50TH BIRTHDAY
WHEREAS, Vonda Spivey was born in Conroe, Texas on October 6, 1965 to Jim & Ida Mae Dennis, and is being honored by friends and relatives on this birthday; and
WHEREAS, Vonda and her husband, Garland were married on November 16, 1985 and went to Houston, Texas for their honeymoon. Vonda and Garland have been married for almost 30 years.
WHEREAS, Vonda has always been a hard worker. She and Garland were blessed with 2 children; Frank & Kayland.
WHEREAS, Vonda committed her life to her husband, children, family, and church. Vonda is an avid Celebrating Homes Displayer and Silpada Jewelry Representative, as she spent many days
and nights helping customers decorate their homes and display fine jewelry.
WHEREAS, Vonda’s family and friends wish to honor her on this special occasion and to thank her for her caring, sharing spirit; for her commandment of respect and the acceptance of nothing
less; and for allowing them to be a part of her life.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:

be declared: “Vonda Spivey Day”
in the City of Huntsville.
