BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The City Health Officer shall charge and
collect the following annual. fees for each permit issued under
Section 1 of the Milk Ordinance of the City of Huntsville, Tex-
as, passed July 7, 1938, of record in Volume H, Page 178, of
the Minutes of the City Council of said city, which annual per-
mit fee, shall commence April 1, 1949, namely:
1. A permit fee of Ten ($10.00) Dollars per year for
all permits authorizing the sale of not exceeding two hundred
fifty (250) gallons of milk per. y 6fitfi
2. A permit fee of Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per year
for all permits authorizing the sale of in excess of two hun-
dred fifty (250) gallons of milk per -y rb.,month
SECTION 2: The City Health Officer shall, charge and
collect a Tee of Two & 50/100 ($2.50) Dollars semi-annually,
commencing April 1, 1949, for all inspections required under.
Section 2 of the Milk Ordinance of the City of Huntsville,
passed August 7, 1938, of record in Volume H, page 178, of
the Minutes of the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Tex-
as.
SECTION '3: All fees collected hereunder by the City
Health Officer shall be paid over to the City Secretary and
deposited in the General Funds of the city.
