TEXAS:
That an Airport Zoning Commission of tare ( ) member° be
created for the purpose of recommendIng recommending the boundaries of
the various zones to be established and the regulations to
be adopted therefor in connection with Huntsville Mun:l.ci-
pal iyirportj as provided in Article 46B of the lcevised Civil.

That such Airport Zoning Commission manke as preliminary re-
port and hold public hearings thereon before submitting its
final. report to the City Council of the City of Huntsville,
Texas, which said final report shall be prepared and su'b-
mitted as :expeditiously as possible. That when the Airport
Zoning Commission shall have coyapl,etod their final report
and have submitted the same to the City Coo c»il. for appro-
priate option the appointments here made sbal,;l, cease and
determine.
