WE, the undersigned owners of the Real Estate situated in the

City of Huntsville, and Walker County-, same being a part of 'the :Pine°
crest Subdivision of said City of Huntsville and abutting; upon each

cording to the map and plan of said City of hunt svi lle and of the
said' 2inecrest Subdivision and Dedication, hereby petition the City
Coruzloil of the City of Huntsville to improve the above portion of
said, 22nd Street with rode base and Asphaltic topping and concrete
ourbling, said street when completed. to have a width of Thirty feet

from curb to curb, and assess each of us for the proportionate part
of the cost thereof not to exceed w1.50 per front foot owned by us
respectively and abutting upon said street.
