SECTION I--
That evary person, firm or cor*porati.on using water from the wells, res€arvoir
and ma.ir s Of the City of Nuntavi lle shall at his raswn cost and oxpeneo procure and
have installed by the City a water meter of same type and make authorized by the
City such meters to be read and tested by the 8uparintendan* of the City Water
Works at all such stated or others periods am may be deemed cesz3ary

25 cents par 1000 gallons with a minirssm monthly oha,rge of 16000
