B. BJrmingham,J,.W.Cabiness,;, Jake Houstont W. A. Wood and Willie Council are inhabitants of the territory herainsf'ter described and oonstitute.a majority of the qualified votes for members of the Legislature residing in said territory adjoining the limits of the City of Huntsville, and that said territory does root _ extend one-hall' mile in width, and #,bat said persons so eon­-, stituting a majority of.the qualified voters residing in said district have voted to accept the provisions or 'Title 22 of the f Revised Civil Statutes of the State of Texas #ad to become a part of the Vity of Runtsville by having the 00rporate limit Of said City extended to Include the territory hereinafter described.
