The Council met in a regular session with the following:

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Woodward called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm
The City Council met with Ron Holifield and Tom Muehlenbeck of Strategic Government Resources,to discuss the fee
and timeline for the permanent City Manager search. Mr. Holifield offered a reduction of$3,000 from his professional
services expense. The Council expressed their hopes for successful applicants and had their questions answered
about how the community and City would be represented.
