enclosed lots or pews within the limits of the City of Huntsville and '40 pro-

MOTION 1 If any poison small beep or be concerned in keeping any hog or
hogs within any onolosuie within the limits of the City of Huntsville, he shall
be deemed guilty of as misdemeanor,; and capon conviction thereof in any oourt of
compet;a nt jurisdiction, shall be firod in any sum of not We than fire dollars
nor more than twenty-five dollars.
SECTION 2 Zach day that h;;y hog or hogs shall be so kept within said City in

SECTION 3 This ordinance shall act apply to any educational institution in
the operation and of as Department of Vocational Agriculture In this a
that any educational Institution operating a Department of Vocational Agricul-
ture shall be permitted to keep hogs within an onolosure of not less than live
acres within the corporate limits of the said City of Huntsville for the pur-
pose of demonstration and for other scientific purposes In the operation or its
Department of.Vocational ASrioultur•e, provided that the axumboz of hogs to be kept yr
within such enclosure by Leh educational institution shall never exceed at any one
time fifty head, and provided further that the enolosur?e within which hogs may be
kept for such purpooes by an educsati.onal institutions wi.thins said City shall be
