WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, deems it necessary
and proper to apply for Federal grant assistance under the Federal Water
Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the
rules and regulations pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Huntsville, Texas, that the City Manager of the City of Huntsville
shall be and is hereby designated as the Signatory Agent of the City,
and is hereby authorized and directed to make application for grant
assistance under Public Law 92-500 and the rules and regulations pursuant
thereto, specifically 40 CFR 30.315-1 (1975); and to sign the acceptance
of the grant assistance, when made, and any other documents required to
complete the project, on behalf of the City.
