RESOLUTION NO. 79-12
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, deems it necessary and proper
to apply for Federal grant assistance under the Federal Water Pollution
Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500, and the rules and regula-
tions pursuant thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Huntsville, Texas , that the Assistant City Manager, of the City of Huntsville,
Mr. Gene Pipes, be and is hereby authorized and directed to make application
for grant assistance under Public Law 92-500 and the rules and regulations
pursuant thereto, specifically 40 CFR 30.315-1 (1975) ; and to sign the
acceptance of the grant assistance, when made, and any other documents required
to complete the project, on behalf of the City.
