RESO CC 1977-13 - Huntsville Municipal Airport funding request RESOLUTION 77-13
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas, has submitted a Project
Application dated 21 April 1977 to the Federal Aviation Administration
requesting Federal participation in the amount of $375,000 for improve-
ments at Huntsville Municipal Airport; and
WHEREAS, the Federal Aviation Administration has issued a Grant
Offer dated 29 April 1977 which provides a commitment of Federal funds
in the amount of $375,000 for the aforementioned development; and
WHEREAS, it is determined to-be-in-tie interest o-f-tne City of--- -
Huntsville that the Grant Offer be accepted by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved By the City Council of the City
of Huntsville, Texas:
____Section_L—__That__the City Council_of the City of Huntsville does
hereby accept the provisions of the Grant Offer for
Project No. 5-48-0114-02, a copy of which Grant Offer
is attached hereto and incorporated herein. by reference,
and
Section 2. That the City Manager of the City of Huntsville is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Grant Agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Huntsville.
