RESOLUTION NO. 78-12
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville is authorized to bring
a suit in the public interest pursuant to Section 26. 124 (a) ,
Texas Water Code, by and through its City Attorney at the directive
of the City Council of said City; and
WHEREAS, GLENN E. VAUGHAN and RICHARD VAUGHAN own and
operate the Rustic Pines Mobile Home Park located within the City
of Huntsville, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the owners---and- oper-ators--of---s-asd--mobil-e—ho
park have improperly equipped and continue to inadequately and
improperly equip and maintain two sewage system lift stations
within said mobile home park; and
WHEREAS, the owners and operators of said park are making
unauthorized discharges of raw sewage into the waters of the State
of Texas;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntsville, Texas, that suit should be immediately commenced
against GLENN E. VAUGHAN and RICHARD VAUGHAN as under the law provided
by and through the City Attorney of said City of Huntsville, _ Texas.
PASSED BY UNANIMnuS VOTE of the City Council of the City of
