submitted to the leras Aeronautics Commission an app ikation for
a grant-in-aid for an airport development project at the %ntsville
NUnicipal Airport; and
W11FREAS, the Texas Aeronautics Commission has issued a Grant,
Offer for TAC Project No. 772-07, dated Octobor 29, L976, Nhich,
if Mir accepted, provides a conmitmert of 50% of all allowable
project costs of said project, not to exceed a maximum obligation

WITREAS, the City of 11untsville, Texas, has available a like
waount of matching Funds , in cash or in UK, which have been
appropriated and designated For airport development purposes ; and
ZnREAS it is determined to be in the host interests of the
citizens of the Cit; of Huntsville, Texas, to accept this Grant
Offer and thereby epter into a Grant Agraenent with the ToKas
Aeronautics CoDwission,
NOW T11EREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED BY UM CITY COLN&L OF THE CITY
OF HLEOFSVILLY, TEKAS, that the City of Huntsvilic, Texas, does
hereby enter into a Grant Agreement with the lexas Acronauzics
Commission by accepting the Grant Offer for TIC Project No. 772-07,,
dated October 29, 1976; and,
