RESO CC 12/08/1973 - Adopt Personnel policies A RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the City of Huntsville, Texas has grown in
size and services demanded of the City' s organization has in-
creased proportionally to that growth, and
WHEREAS, to clarify the policies governing employee
benefits and responsibilities while a member of the City's
organization so that both employer and employbe have a full
understanding of his conduct, expectations, and benefits
while both on and off of the job, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council and
Administration that the employee have established personnel
policies which will allow him to work in an atmosphere which
will enable him to realize his full potential while executing
the responsibilities of his job.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
hereby approves and adopts the personnel policies as hereto-
fore presented and charges the City Manager with the respon-
sibility of enforcing these policies as herein adopted.
