Adopt and enforce sucb ordinances; and regulations as any be necessary for proper operation of the installations. Subject to the availability of !federal-aid Urban System funds and the eligibility of the proposed work for financing with said fm ads, the faces lighsay Deportment will: 1. Prepare construction plans and specifications. ` 2. Provide for Installation of traffic Signals at an estimated crest of 816,000 as awtbarised in the !axes lighray Department 1974 Urban System Program. i Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the appropriate officials of the City of Huntsville, the State lighway Engineer is directed to enter into agreement with the City covering the details of the proposed improvements and to proceed with the eogi.neer- ing development of the project and with construction as authorized herein in the most feasible and economical manner. f This Order shall become operative upon acceptance by the City of Huntsville and if not accepted within 90 days of the dote hereof, the action berein contained shall be auto- matically cancelled.
