A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AGREEMENT DATED May 13 , 1969
BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE CITY OF Ft^_TrL*,8
FOR THE MAINTENANCE, CONTROL, SUPERVISION AND REGULATION OF
CERTAIN STATE HIGHWAYS AND/OR PORTIONS OF STATE HIGHWAYS IN THE
CITY OF FUNTSVILLE AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HU TSVIL??
SECTION 1 . That the certain agreement dated May 19 1x69
between the State of Texas and the City of f77=7IT.T.7
for the maintenance , control , supervision and regulation of certain
State Highways and/or portions of State Highways in the City of
FlarrSVILLE be , and the same is , hereby approved; and
that WPlann rn1nman is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of HUNTSVILI.E and to
transmit the same to the State of Texas for appropriate action.
