Dear Sir :
The City Council of the City of Huntsville, by resolution,
has authorized the Texas Depa-rtment of Corrections to place
trailer houses on the airport property owned by the City adjoining
the Wynne Unit of the Department of Con-ections , to be occupied
by employees of the department under the following conditions :
(1)T heyshall be placed east of the road entering the airport
property which is east of the East-West runway, and shah be
placed below or southwest of the garden house which is located
on the State property.
(2)The Texas Department of Corrections shall cause the
trailer houses to be placed on said premises to be removed upon
request of the City of Huntsville in writing, within 30 days
from receipt of such request .
(3)The Texas Department of Coractions maintain said premises
in a clean and orderly manner, and hold the City of Huntsville
hamless for any damages or claim of damages to persons or property
occuring on said premises .
