RESO CC 06/08/1971 - Sewer treatment plant design RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a necessity exists for designating CLARENCE
E. HAM, CITY ENGINEER of the CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, as the
responsible party for the design and supervision of construction
of certain sanitary sewer lines in connection with the construction
of a new sewer plant in order to comply with appropriate rules
and regulations of governmental agencies assisting in the fincnace
of such construction, and
WHEREAS, the said CLARENCE E. HAM is a qualifieed
Professional Engineer, duly licensed and authorized to perform
such services within the State of Texas, and should in all things
be designated and authorized to design, prepare, and otherwise
determine the needs of a system of sanitary sewer lines in con-
juction with the construction of a new sewer plant,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved, that THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, does hereby designated CLARENCE
E. HAM, P.E. to design and otherwise prepare all necessary plans
and drawings for any and all lines, connections, lift stations,
and other installations requaired for use in connection with the
construction of a sewer treatment plant to be constructed by the
CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS.
Which said resolution was duly moved, seconded, and
adopted by unanimous vote on the 8th day of June, 1971, in Open
Council in the City of Huntsville, Texas.
