Operation and Maintenance (;harRe
In consideration of a payment of one hundred
dollars (100.00) per month by the consumer to the com-
pany, the company will furnish all labor necessary to
operate the consumer's water pumping plant.
A11 materials and supplies used in operation
and maintenance and all labor used in maintenance of the
consumer's water plant shall be paid for by the consumer
to the company at actual cost plus fifteen (15'4) per cent 4411111111111
*upon the rendering of an itemized statement by the company.
Except in case of emergency major items of main-
tenance shall be authorized by the consumer prior to the
work being done.
