13 (A) BY DELETING THEREFROM THE WORD NEWSPAPERS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS THAT:
I
Chapter 13, Section 13-13 (A) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the word newspapers wherever it appears in said Chapter
or any sub-paragraph thereof.
II
Except as amended hereby, said Chapter 13, Section 13-
13 (A) and all sub-paragraphs thereof remain unchanged.
PASSED AND APPROVED IN OPEN COUNCIL on this the1Q
