TEXAS
SECTION ONE
It shall be unlawful for any person to post ' place or
attach and allow remaining thereon any poster advertisement
or circular on telephone poles $ electric lighi poles and other
object along the streets of the City of Huntsville .
SECTION TWO
Each day on which a poster$ advertisement or circular
is allowed to remain attached to telephones poles, electric light
poles and other object along the streets of the City of 'iuntsville
shall constitute a separate offense by the person postings
placing or attaching the same thereto.
SECTION T,IREE
Any person who shall violate any section of this ordinance
shall be guilty of a middemeanorg and upon conviction shall
be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than
$200.00.
The above and foregoing ordinance :: duly adopted and
passed in open council this 4th day ofJUne , 1968.
