AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE I, CHAPTER 6 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES , CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, BY ADDING SEC .
6-3 .1 REQUIRING INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER TRAPS IN
ALL CONNECTIONS WITH CITY SEWER MAINS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS :
Sec . 6-3 .1--Section 41 amended.
Section 41 of the building code adopted by Section 6-1
is amended by the addition of sub-Section C to Section 41 which
shall be as follows : (c) a sanitary sewer trap shall be installed
in all sewer line connections made in the future between all build-
ings and the City sewer mains so as to prevent sewage from over-
flowing into the building from the City main.
