COUNCIL ASSEMBIM:
FIRST:--
The following rote "C" available July 1,
1:27, is liereby authorized in favor of the Western
Public Service Company, to-wit:
"This rate is applicable to energy supplied
in the form of alternating current for all commercial
power , hewing and cooking, where connected load is one
horsepower or more; andthe same shall apply to permanently
connected apparatus , and not tL: portable devices.
RATE:
First 500 Kw-h used per lio. - 6V per Kw-h
Next 2000 " It " it - 5ry „ "
N Next 7500 " If It If - 4t " It
Excess 10000 T' " IT it _ 3V IT it
Minimum charge 01.50 per month per horsepower
connected.
SECOND:--
All other rates heretofore fixed for the same
or similar services are hereby repealed.
THIRD:--
The rates herein provided shall take e,°fect
from and after the first day of ni� and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval.
