BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVIJLE,
IN COUNCIL ASSMBL,ED:
FIRST :--
Tiiat the First and Second Sections of the
ordinance heretofore adopted on the 6th day of April,
1926, making it optional with the Western ^ublic
Service Company to furnish current for electric lights
and ceiling fans on a flat rate , be and the same are
I repealed.
SECOND: --
Except as herein modified, the ordinances
heretofore adopted, prescribing the rates which may
and
be charged for electric current/for ceiling fans ..,ithin
the City of Huntsville , and except as hereafter modified
by ordinance , sliall remain in full force and effect.
THIRD: --
this ordinance shall tare effect from and
after its passage and approval.
