OF WALKER, TEXAS, AT 4:00 P.M.
The Council met in a regular session with the following:
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Brauninger, Paul Davidhizar, Tyler McCaffety (attended from 4:10 p.m.
until 4:54 p.m.), Clyde Loll (arrived at 5:00 p.m.), Keith D. Olson (arrived 4:15 p.m.), Joe Emmett, Tish Humphrey,
Ronald Allen, Joe P. Rodriquez
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: None
OFFICERS PRESENT: Matt Benoit, City Manager; Lee Woodward, City Secretary, Leonard Schneider, City
Attorney
1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor Brauninger called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
2. WORKSHOP — City Council will hear presentations and discuss possible framework for a smoking
ordinance and a proposed developer's agreement for Texas Grand Ranch #2.
City Manager Intern Chandler Hodgson reviewed the City's current smoking ordinance, along with those from
other cities with varying levels of restriction.
Aron Kulhavy, Director of Community and Economic Development, reviewed considerations for a proposed
developer's agreement on Texas Grand Ranch II.
3. ADJOURNMENT — Mayor Brauninger adjourned the meeting at 6:51 p.m.
