WHEREAS Mrs. Pamela Turner has served as the First Lady of Huntsville for six
and one -half years; and
WHEREAS she is a faithful attendee at innumerable City Council meetings, City
functions and events, and as an active participant in many
organizations in the community; and
WHEREAS she has unceasingly brought joy and light throughout Huntsville and
Walker County as a representative of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me
as Mayor of the City of Huntsville, Texas that:
November 17, 2011
be declared:
"Pamela Turner Day"
in the City of Huntsville, and call upon our citizens to applaud and thank Mrs. Pamela
Turner for her cheerful influence in our community.
