ORDINANCE NO. 80 -41
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 80 -23; PERMITTING
USE OF CITY WATER FOR OUTDOOR USES; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
WHEREAS, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 80 -23 prohibiting use of
City water for outdoor uses except from 6 :00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. on designated
days; and
WHEREAS, the City's recent conversion to surface water provides the City
with an adequate supply of water;
Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 80 -23, prohibiting use of City water for certain
outdoor purposes, is hereby in all things repealed.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect immediately.
