A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, ADOPTING THE
SECTION 3 PLAN AS THE POLICY FOR GRANT-FUNDED ACT[VITIES IN HUNTSVILLE.
WHEREAS
WHEREAS
the City desires to develop a viable urban community, including decent housing and
a suitabie living environment and expanding the economic opportunities; and
the City is concerned for all it citizens; and
WHEREAS it is necessary and in the best interests of Huntsville to adopt the Section 3 Plan as a
policy for grant-funded activities in the City said Section 3 Plan attached hereto as
exhibit "A."
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, that:
SECTIONI: The City Council has reviewed and hereby agrees to comply to the greatest extent
feasible with all activities contained in the attached Section 3 Plan.
