BE IT ORDAIN D 3Y TINE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, IN
COUNCIL ASSEMBLED:
FIRST: --
The following rate "C" available July 1,
1,27, is hereby authorized in favor of the Western
Public Service Company, to -wit:
"This rate is applicable to energy supplied
in the form of alternating current for all commercial
pover, heating and cooking, where connected load is one
Iorsepower or more; andthe same shall apply to permanently
connected apparatus, and not t portable devices.
RATE:
First 500 Kw -h used per Lo. - 60 per Kw -h
Next 2000 " " n n - 5¢' " It
N Net 7500 " 1? n 1! — 4¢ n It
Excess 10000 " n 1T " — 3¢ n n
Minimum charge 01.50 per month per horsepower
connected.
SECOND: --
All other rates heretofore fixed for the same
or similar services are hereby repealed.
THIRD: --
The rates herein provided s11'11 take effect

ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and ayaproval.
