SAME OR SIMILAR SERVICE, AID DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY SHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IIUNTSVILLE, IN
COUNCIL ASSEMBLED:
That the flat rate isavaila)le, under the regular
termL and conditions of the 7estern Public Service
Company for signs, , awnings, Decorative
lighting, etc., where the company maintains a regular
lighting and patrol service, and were the control service
is loc::ted on the exterior of tie customer's -premises.
The C:mpany will supply this class of service
from dusk to 11:00 1'.T,., or approximately 1,800 hours
yerly. Each insta.la'cion shall be provided with and
controlled by some stanc,ard switching device, w,:ich,
together with tie installation, shall be approved by
the company.

The above rate does not include maintenance of
signs and fixtures, but does include the 'renewal of
lamps. The customer is to furnish the initibal installation
of lamps, which shall be Mazda lamps.
Where flashers are used, the above rate
ill be modified to conform to the actual kilowatt
hours consumed by the sign, including current con-
sumed by the motor or other flashing mechanism.
For this purpose an estimate or actual measurement
may be made at the discretion of the company.

or similar services are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall become effective as of the first day
of July, 1927, and shall take effect from an after
its passage and approval.
