BOND FOR STREET 21VING.
BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 2:3
day of November, 1927, came
on to be considered by the City Council of the City of huntJlville,
at an adjourned meeting held on said dite , a quorum being present,
the contract and bond with G.L.Clark, for the paving of a portion of
,Avenue J, extending South from Seventeenth Street to the South line
of the street running East and ,:et adjacent to and South of the Sam
Houston :tate Teachers College campus; and it appering to the
Council that said contract and bond are in proper f )rm and have
been duly executed as of date the 17th day of November, 1927, and
the Council being satisfied with the sureties on the Contractor'
Bond:
IT WAS THERI)TORE ADOPTED by unanimous vote of the Council
that said contract and bond be and the same are hereby in all
reseets approved and confirmed, and that said contact and bond,
together with this resolution approving same, be recorded by the
City Secretary, in the Minutes of t t Council.
