AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING T1 MAKING OF U TURNS BY ANY VEHICLE AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS WITHIN
THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF AND PROVIDING
FOR TEE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCE IN CONFLICT THEREWITH.
BE IT &RUINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS;
SECTION 1: From and fter the nwesage of this ordinance, it shaA be unlawful for the driver
of any vehicle to make a U turn, il e. to turn so as to proceed in the op_osite direction,
at any of the following intersections within the City of Huntsville, Texas, namely:
At the intersection of Avenue K and Eleventh Street,
At the intersection of Avenue K and Twelfth Street,
At the intersection of Avenue L and Eleventh Stret,
At the intersection of Avenue L and Twelfth Street,
SECTION 2: Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon a conviction therefor, be fined any sum of money not in
excess of One Hundred (0_00.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3: All ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective immediately after its publication as re-
quired by law, and it is so ordered.
