That at least fifteen (15) days notice of the hearing shall be published. in The Huntsville Item, a newspaper of general cir- culation in the City of Huntsville, Texas, by publishing a copy of the within notice for two (2) consecutive weeks in such paper, such notice to be as follows: NOTICE Notice is ereby given that on June , 1949 at jG1 %00 o'clock .1 at the City Hall in the City of Huntsville, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing upon the final re- port of the Airport Zoning Commission pertaining to airport zon- ing regulations of the Huntsville nicipal Airport, at which time and place all parties in interest and citizens shall have an o ortunity to be heard. At said meeting the following members were present: ilbourn C. Gibbs, Tayor, ":. T. Robinson, '.;ilbur L. Smither, T. M. Ballew, !:. B. Veazey, Victor Randel, Herbert Hoech, Al- dermen. The hearing was held in pursuant to notice previous- ly given in the manner and for the length of time required by law, and the Council heard argument for and against the regu- lations, and upon motion made by T. Robinson, seconded by ictor Randel, and unanimously adopted, the Council accepted the final report of the Airport Zoning Commission.
