AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF HUNTSVILLE BY AMENDING SECTION 1702.12
OF THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE
BY ADDITION OF AN EXCEPTION TO THE REQUIREMENT
FOR SOIL TREATMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS,
THAT CHAPTER 6 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES IS HEREBY AMEDNED BY ADDITION
OF THE FOLLOWING SENTENCE TO SECTION 1702.12 OF THE BUILDING CODE OF
THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE:
Section 1702.12 Special Termite Protection
"Soil or
slab. No compliance with this
section is required if the building to be con -
structed:has no wood in the frame construction."
