OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, BY DELETING SPECIFIED STREETS
THEREIN AND MAKING APPLICABLE RESTRICTED PARKING FOR CERTAIN
TYPE VEHICLES THROUGHOUT THE CITY:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS:
THAT Section 12 -35, subsection (a), of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas, is
hereby amended by deleting therefrom subsections (a)
(1) through (a) (8), and by revising said subsection
(a) to read as follows:
"(a) No person shall stop, park, or leave standing,
whether attended or unattended, any truck, truck tractor,
or similar type vehicle larger than a 3/4 ton pick -up
truck, or any trailer, semi - trailer, pole trailer or house
trailer, or any combination of truck and trailer upon
any city street."
