CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 12-56 (d) OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL TO REGULATE
AND ESTABLISH HOURS OF ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS GOVERNING
PARKING METER USE; AND, REPEALING SECTION 12-64 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS:
SECTION I: That Section 12-56 (d) of the Code of Ordinance
of the City of Huntsville, Texas, heretofore
passed and codified is amended to read as follows:
"(d) The provisions of this section shall apply
on all days except Sundays and holidays, and shall
be effective during such hours as the City Council
shall from time to time determine to be reasonable
and necessary."
SECTION I : Section 12-64 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Huntsville heretofore passed and codified
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
