PROPERTY: Being .133 acres of land, being situated in the P.Gray League, Abstract No. 24, Walker
County Texas, according to the recorded deed thereof in Volume 696, Page 74 of the Deed Records of
Walker County, Texas and the said 0.133 acres being more particularly described in the metes and
bounds attached as Exhibit "A ".
RESERVATIONS FROM AND EXCEPTIONS TO CONVEYANCE Grantee is acquiring the
property "as is" and subject to all the restrictions, easements, conditions, covenants, if any, of record in
the office of the County Clerk of Walker County, Texas applicable to and enforceable against the above
described property.

BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod set for the southeast corner of the herein described tract, also being
N 08 degrees 28 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of'731.75 feet from a City of Huntsville GIS
