th MINUTES FROM THE HUNTSVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING HELD ON THE 14 DAY OF NOVEMBER 2018, IN THE CITY HALL, LOCATED AT 1212 AVENUE M, IN THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, COUNTY OF WALKER, TEXAS, AT 2:30 P.M. The Council met in a regular session with the following: COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Andy Brauninger, Joe Emmett, Ronald Allen, Keith D. Olson, Joe P. Rodriquez, Tish Humphrey, Paul Davidhizar COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Tyler McCaffety, Clyde D. Loll OFFICERS PRESENT: Aron Kulhavy, City Manager; Lee Woodward, City Secretary MAIN SESSION \[2:30 p.m.\] CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Brauninger called the meeting to order at 2:50 p.m. INVOCATION AND PLEDGES U.S. Flag Texas Flag: Honor the Texas Flag. I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state, under God, one, and indivisible. Mayor Brauninger gave the invocation and led the pledges. 1. CITY COUNCIL/CITY MANAGER/CITY ATTORNEY a. Presentation, discussion, public comment, and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2019-06 to canvass the returns of the general and special elections held on the 6th day of November 2018, for the purpose of electing four At- Large Councilmembers and the adoption or rejection of proposed amendments to the existing city charter of the City of Huntsville, Texas, as amended; roll-call vote. \[Lee Woodward, City Secretary\] Councilmember Davidhizar moved to adopt Ordinance 2019-06 to canvass the returns of the general and special elections held on the 6th day of November 2018; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Emmett. The motion was adopted, 7- 0. Early Voting by Precinct A runoff election for At-Large Councilmember Position 2 will be held December 15, 2018.
