STATE HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION MINUTE ORDER

MOTION was made by Councilmember Jerry Dowling and seconded by
Councilmember Larry Corley that the Council of the City of Huntsville
County accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 77726 passed by
the State Highway and Public Transportation Commission on August 20 , 19 80,
for the improvement by the State Department of Highways and Public Transporation
on the roads described below and that the City of Huntsville agrees to fur-
nish all required right of way clear of obstructions and free of cost to the State;
provide for grading, drainage structures, select material, right of way markers
sodding, erosion control, barricades and traffic control; maintain its portion,
regulate traffic and prevent encroachment:
on Moffitt Springs Road from US 75 North to Interstate Highway 45, a distance
of approximately 0.2 mile.
