WHEREAS the conferring of an Eagle Scout is one of the highest awards that can be
bestowed upon a Boy_Scout; and.
WHEREAS years of dedication and commitment are required to achieve Eagle rank and
Eagle Scouts act as leaders and role models in the community; and
WHEREAS Michael Frazier has been in Scouting since he was iY, and has earned 27
merit badges; and
WHEREAS Michael made a significant contribution to the City of Huntsville by building
cedar park benches at Founders' Park, also funded by the Downtown
Business Alliance and Walker County Ace Hardware; and
WHEREAS the City of Huntsville is proud to have Michael Frazier in the community as
he exemplifies the values that make a community strong.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITHEREBYPROCLAIMED, by the power vested in me as
