The Finance Committee will hear presentations, discuss, and may consider recommendations to the
City Council on the following items.
a Consider recommending City Council approve the Quarterly Investment report for the Second
Quarter ending 06/30/2026

b Consider recommending the City Council accept the Monthly Financial Report for the month of
June 2026.

application and associated local funding commitment.

supply agreement for water meters, software, and associated supply items

h Consider recommending to the full council to authorize the City Manager to approve an annual
purchase order for assorted road and drainage materials from various vendors

Professional Services Agreement with Strand Associates, Inc. for the FY 25-26 CIP Project #
26-10-01 Water Line Replacement and Project # 26-10-07 Elkins Lake Lift Station #2 with
1,500 linear feet of Force Main Replacement.
