a Approve minutes of the June 16 2026, Finance Committee meeting.

d Discussion of Apache Corporation Tree Grant Application.

e Consider a recommendation to the City Council to authorize the City Manager to approve a
change order to O&J Coatings for additional work performed on the Two Million Gallon
Elevated Storage Tank Project at the Palm Street Water Plant.

f Consider a recommendation to the City Council to authorize the City Manager to enter into a
contract with McKinney & Moore of Texas, LLC to rehabilitate the Chlorine Building at the AJ
