City Council on the following items.
a Approve minutes of the May 19, 2026, Finance Committee meeting

b Review Non-Profit Organization Funding Applications

c Consider and approve a recommendation for full Council consideration of Resolution 2026-20,
a bond resolution of the Trinity River Authority authorizing the execution and delivery of
“Trinity River Authority of Texas - First Amendment - Huntsville Regional Water Supply
System Contract”.
