AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 6, BUILDINGS
AND BUILDING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO EXCLUDE CERTAIN BUILDING FROM
SETBACK REQUIREMENTS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS THERETO.
WHEREAS, on September 16, 1980, the City Council of the City
of Huntsville adopted a comprehensive setback line
ordinance; and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to make special exception
for certain remodeling of existing structures;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
Section 1. Chapter Six, Buildings and Building Regulations,
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville, Texas,
is hereby amended by the adoption of a new subsection (e)
for Section 6 -4, Setback Requirements, which said subsection
shall read as follows:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its passage by City Council.
