The Huntsville Police Department received information from Huntsville ISD, of a possible Improper
Relationship Between Educator and Student. A criminal investigation was initiated, which has resulted in the
arrest of 27-year-old Darius Hopkins.
Hopkins has been charged with two counts of Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student, which is
a felony of the 2nd degree.
If there are any questions or concerns please contact the Huntsville Police Department.
The investigation is ongoing.
