AN O RDINANCE O F T HE C ITY OF HUNTSVILLE, T EXAS, A MENDING T HE A PPENDIX
"SCHEDULE OF FEES" TO THE DEVELOPMENT CODE OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE,
TEXAS, BY ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PLATTING, DEVELOPMENT PERMITS, ZONING
CHANGES, NON - CONFORMING USE PERMITS AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS;
PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTSVILLE, TEXAS, that:
SECTION 1: That the Appendix "Schedule of Fees" to the Development Code of the City of Huntsville,
Texas is hereby amended with regard to Development Permits, Minor Plats, Major Plats, Lot
Consolidations, Zoning Changes, Non - Conforming Use Permits, and Conditional Use Permits to hereafter
read as follows:

SECTION 2: If any portion of this Ordinance shall, for any reason, be declared invalid by any court of
competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof and the City
Council determines that it would have adopted this Ordinance without the invalid provision.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall become effective from and after the date of its passage, but the fees set
out above will be implemented beginning October 1, 2003.
