That there is hereby levied, for the current year, 1925, on
all real property situated and all personal Droperty owned within the
Limits of the said City of Huntsville, Texas, on the first day of
January of the current year, 1929, except so much as may be exempt
under the Constitution and Lairs of this State or the United States,
the following taxes:
(1) An ad valorem tax of and at the rate of Twenty -One
Cents (10.21) on the One Hundred Dollars (1100.00) cash value thereof,
estimated in lawful currency of the United ;States, for the current
expenses for the su yort and maintenance of the City a07Crnment of the
said City of Huntsville, Texas.
(2) An ad valorem tax of and at the rate of Fifteen. Cents
00.154 on the One Hundred Dollars (''100.00) cash value thereof, esti-
mated in lnwful currency of the United States, for the su ": or t and
maintenance of the streets and bridges :-ithin and for the said City of
Huntsville, Texas.
(3) An ad valoren tax of and at the rate of One and 14/100
Dollars (30' 14) on the One Hundred Dollars 0100.00) cash value thereof,
estimated in lawful currency of the United States, to pay current
interest on and provide one year's sinking fund and to pay all of the
principal and interest accruing on all outstanding sewerage bonds,
paving bonds, funding variants, sewer extensions, improvement waryant s,
City _Mall and Fire Station Warrants, and any and all other bonds and
wATTints outstanding, heretofore lawfully issued by the City of
Huntsville, Texas, and which are now valid outstanding obligations
of the said City of Huntsville, `texas.
(4) An occupation tax on all persons, firms and corporations
doing business within the City of Huntsville, equal to one -half of
that provided by law for occupation tax, due and payable to the State
of Texas.
(5) An annual tax of Five Dollars Q5.00) on every able
bodied :tale person between the ages of twenty -one (21) and forty -five
(45) years, subject to the payment of a street tax, as provided by
law and the Ordinances of oa.id City of Huntsvil3,, Texas.
(6) A poll tax of One Dollar 01.00) on every inh :;itant
of the said City of Huntsville, Texas, over the age of twenty -.re
years and not over sixty (60) years of ti; e, on the first day of
January, 1929.

Therefore, as taxes are collected, they
should be distributed as follows;
