a. Second Reading-To consider adopting Ordinance 2024-17, to approve the Development Plan for the
Planned Development of the approximately 86.56-acre tract of land adjacent to the 150 Block of FM
247 and also just east of American Legion Drive located on Walker County Property ID #13938,
#13939, and #13941.

b. FIRST READING - Consider adoption of Ordinance 2024-19, amending Chapter 46 Utilities, Article
II, Waters and Sewers, Division 2 Water,of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Huntsville
and Adopting Rules and Regulations Herein Set Forth for the Maintenance and Operation of the City
of Huntsville System.

c. Consider approval of announcing the City Council’s intention to adopt a tax rate in compliance with
the Texas State’s Truth in Taxation laws; a rate not to exceed $0.3585 per $100 valuation for the
