On Thursday, July 10, 2014 at 5:30PM, the City of Huntsville Planning and Zoning Commission
will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 1212 Avenue M,
Huntsville, Texas, 77340 to consider the Variance Request for relief from Section 501.3 and
Table 5-1 of the Huntsville Development Code regarding front setbacks and Table 5-1 of the
Huntsville Development Code regarding minimum lot depth for subject property located in the
1500 block of Pin Oak Dr.; more specifically, Lot 1 of the proposed subdivision plat of the
Vorzimmer Property — 0.6 Acre Tract.
You are hereby notified in accordance with the City of Huntsville Development Code, the
