PUBLIC HEARING
On Friday, September 26, 2014 at 12:00 Noon, the City of Huntsville Zoning Board of
Adjustment will hold a public hearing in the Conference Room of the City Hall located at
1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, Texas 77340, to consider a variance request by Chris
Hernandez, business owner, for a variance to Section 1301 Off -Street Parking of the
Development Code for property located at 2023 Sam Houston Avenue (Jimmy John's
Gourmet Sandwiches), Huntsville, Texas.
You are hereby notified in accordance with the City of Huntsville Development Code, the
Board plans to take action on this matter. The documents will be available on-line or at
the City Service Center once the Zoning Board of Adjustment's agenda is posted, which
